Terms & Conditions

• Artiste selection and negotiation.
• Coordination of logistics, including scheduling and performance requirements.
• Providing invoices and managing payments on behalf of artistes.

• Request for Booking: Clients must submit a detailed request, specifying event type, location, duration, and budget.
• Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement and deposit payment.
• Changes and Cancellations: Modifications must be requested in writing and approved.

• Pricing: The total cost includes artiste fees, management charges, and taxes.
• Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation; remaining balance is due 3 days before the event.
• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable except under specific conditions.

• Provide accurate event details and requirements.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and legal adherence.
• No unauthorized use of artiste name, image, or likeness.

• Facilitate artiste coordination and performance as agreed.
• Provide suitable replacements if unforeseen circumstances arise.

• By Client: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the event are refundable. No refund for cancellations made within 3 days of the event.
• By Company: Full refund if cancellation is within company control.

• Limited Liability: The Company is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
• Indemnity: Client must indemnify and hold the Company harmless from event-related claims or losses.

All rights remain with the respective artistes or their licensors.

Both parties must maintain confidentiality regarding non-public information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes will be resolved in Amravati, Maharashtra.

The Company may update these Terms anytime; clients will be notified of major changes.
